Maté tea is a caffeine-rich South American drink. We have blended Green mate with Ginkgo and Ginseng pieces to give you that boost of body and brain power with a refreshing lemon and spearmint taste. Have a Maté brew any time you need a pick me up or even for a natural pre-workout boost.
Best Brewed: Hot / Iced
1-2 tea spoons, pour in the hot water (80℃), infuse for 3-4 minutes. Serve this one without milk. Brewing is part of the fun, experiment to find what you like the best.
