Hot Cocoa Brew Guide

Follow our brew guide to make the perfect mug of Hot Chocolate:

 

  1. Add 250ml of your chosen milk and 24g of your chosen flavoured chocolate flakes to a small pan (keep a small pinch of flakes to sprinkle on top).
  2. Bring to a gentle simmer making sure to not boil and burn the milk. Keep stirring with a whisk until all the flakes have melted into the milk.
  3. Pour into your favourite mug, add your desired toppings and Enjoy!

 

Top Tip: Melting real hot chocolate can take longer than powder...it is totally worth it though. We like to use a hand held electric whisk to speed up the process and make the hot chocolate super smooth, you can also use a velvetiser.

  • Chocolate/Caramel sauce

Milk alternative ideas: Almond, Hazelnut, Cashew, Coconut, Oat and Dairy milk all work great with our hot chocolate flakes, however to get a rich creamy hot chocolate, whole milk, coconut and Hazelnut Milk work the best!
