Milk Oolong are balled oolongs that have a natural silky, milky taste. No added flavours are introduced in this authentic Milk Oolong. This Milk Oolong is from the Wuyi Mountains where only 60,000kg are produced for export each year.
Oolong is semi-oxidised tea, the production of the tea is sort of in the middle between black tea and green tea.
Best Brewed: Hot/Iced
1-2 teaspoons, pour in the hot water (90℃), infuse for 2-3 minuets. You can get at lest 3 infusions of the tea leaves. We suggest you serve this one without milk. Brewing is part of the fun, experiment to find what you like the best.
