Hot Cocoa Brew Guide

Follow our brew guide to make the perfect mug of Hot Chocolate:
We use 8g of Chocolate to 100ml of Milk or Milk Alternative
  1. Measure 23g of Hot Chocolate into a mug
  2. Pour enough boiling milk/milk or alternative to cover the chocolate - this will help it to melt
  3. Stir until most of the chocolate has dissolved
  4. Pour the remainder of the liquid into the mug (up to 300ml total)
  5. Stir until all the chocolate pieces have dissolved
  6. Enjoy!

Top Tip: Melting real hot chocolate can take longer than powder...it is totally worth it though. We like to use a hand held electric whisk to speed up the process and make the hot chocolate super smooth, you can also use a velvetiser.
