White Tea | Carefully picked and sun withered followed by indoor withering. White tea should only go through an extremely light natural oxidation process. Considered some of the finest teas in the world!

5g for 200ml of water
76°C/170°F
5-7 minutes for one infusion
drink neat
For multiple infusions brew for two minuets, strain and add more water

Pai Mu Tan

4-5g for 200ml of water
93°C/200°F
5-7 minutes for one infusion
drink neat
For multiple infusions brew for one-two minuets, strain and add more water

Kenya Silverback White

3g for 200ml of water
75°C/167°F
5-6 minutes for one infusion
drink neat
