The perfect breakfast brew for one cup of tea. If you are brewing a mug of tea use 1-1.5g per 100ml.
1. Use filtered water and boil the kettle 95°C/203°F
2. Put 2.5-3g loose tea into the vessel (teapot/infuser or brew bag)
3. Pour 200-250ml Water over the Tea leaves
4. Leave for 2-3 minutes (3-5 for larger leaves)
5. Add a splash of milk! Enjoy!
